8. Consent

1. Service Type
Pawn Your Wheels operates a Pawn & Park service only.
We do NOT offer Pawn & Drive options for vehicles older than 2012.
The vehicle remains in our possession until the agreement amount is settled in full.
2. Qualification Criteria
To qualify:
Vehicle must be registered in your name
Vehicle must be fully paid up (no finance outstanding)
You must be 18 years or older
Valid SA ID or company documents required
Vehicles under finance do NOT qualify.
3. Valuation
The payout amount is determined based on:
Vehicle condition
Market value
Demand and resale risk
Supporting documentation
Pawn Your Wheels reserves the right to decline any application.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is made within 2 hours after conclusion of formalities.
Payment is made via EFT only.
No cash payments are made on premises.
5. Storage
The vehicle remains securely stored at our premises.
Storage fees form part of the agreement and are disclosed before signing.
6. Repayment
Repayment terms are clearly outlined in your signed agreement.
Failure to repay within agreed terms may result in forfeiture as per contract.
7. Liability
Pawn Your Wheels is not liable for:
Pre-existing mechanical defects
Personal belongings left in the vehicle
Delays caused by incorrect information supplied by client
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
